1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bj33 platform, available at bj33.im ("the Platform"), and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other products made available by bj33 from time to time ("the Services").

bj33 is an online sports betting and casino platform operated as a safe and reliable service targeting adult players in Bangladesh and Bangladeshi expatriate communities. All Services are conducted in the English language and all transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. 3 Eligibility

To register and use the bj33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bj33 operates a strict 21+ policy and enforces age verification during and after registration. Providing a false date of birth or misrepresenting your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating as a commercial agent when using the Services.

• You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under these Terms. If you are under any legal disability or court order that restricts your ability to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use the Services.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the bj33 Platform or any affiliated platform.

bj33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

4 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the bj33 Platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account, regardless of whether you personally authorised such activity. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Not transfer your account to any third party.
• Immediately notify bj33 support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bj33 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from bj33 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bj33 reserves the right to refuse account registration, or to close an existing account, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where it reasonably believes that registration is not in compliance with these Terms or with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bj33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bj33 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees — what you deposit in Taka is what is credited to your account in Taka.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner banks as listed on the Platform from time to time. bj33 does not accept deposits via credit cards issued outside Bangladesh or via cryptocurrency.

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bj33, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bj33 account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal Requirements: To make a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified with valid KYC documentation. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

Withdrawal Processing Times: bj33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of your chosen payment method provider.

bj33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation. All funds in a player's account must originate from legitimate personal sources. bj33 does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of players.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bj33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other major sporting events.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and casino games may contribute at different rates — typically specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: When playing with an active bonus, a maximum bet per spin or per wager may apply. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or any form of bonus manipulation — will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of winnings.

All bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. bj33 may at its sole discretion limit the eligibility of specific players for particular promotions.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the bj33 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are detailed within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bj33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where explicitly provided for by the applicable sport rules or where a market has been settled in error.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement.
• bj33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where incorrect odds were published, where an event had already commenced at the time of bet placement, or where the market was suspended.
• Live betting (in-play betting) is available on selected events. Live odds update in real time. bj33 does not accept responsibility for delays in odds updates caused by network latency or connection issues on the player's side.
• All cricket betting markets — including Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform, which cover outcomes such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, abandoned matches, and super overs.
• bj33 reserves the right to restrict bet amounts for any player, on any market, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

In the event of a technical failure affecting a bet placement or settlement, bj33 will conduct a review based on available data and its sole judgment shall be final and binding on all parties.

8 Casino & Game Rules

bj33's casino and slot games are provided by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules published within the game interface itself, which players are encouraged to review before wagering.

All casino games offered on bj33 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing by trained professional dealers. bj33 does not manipulate game outcomes — results are determined solely by the certified game software or live dealing procedures.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bj33 Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and may have their winnings voided and balances forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the Services in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to bj33 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino environments.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting using multiple accounts, or syndicate betting designed to circumvent betting limits.

• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while otherwise restricted from gambling.

bj33 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for prohibited conduct. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation conducted by bj33 is final and binding.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bj33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback request or reversal from a payment provider related to the player's account.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bj33 will contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to an account.

Upon account closure at the player's request, any remaining verified balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within the standard processing period.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bj33 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the balance was accumulated in connection with the breach.

11 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bj33.
• Using any bj33 trademark, logo, or brand identity without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bj33's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who submit content to the Platform (such as feedback or reviews) grant bj33 a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for any legitimate business purpose.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

In the event that bj33's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, bj33's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. bj33 is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gameplay, technical issues on the player's end, or decisions made by the player in the course of using the Services.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bj33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on the Platform.
